How does it work?
Our rental operation is super simple! Simply park at our office, sign-up, suit-up, and ride-out! You don't have to trailer machines or follow us anywhere. You ride directly from our location to the trailhead!

Where are you located?
ATV Rentals office in Coeur d'alene, Idaho, near the Sherman Ave I-90 Exit
- about 30 minutes from Spokane Valley
- about 40 minutes from Downtown Spokane
- about 5 minutes or 1.2 miles from the Coeur d'alene resort

Wait, you are in Coeur d'alene? Why do you have a Spokane Phone number?
Years ago we started doing snowmobile rentals at Mt. Spokane and started with a Washington number. With the advent of free long distance with everyone's cell phones, we saw no need to change numbers to an Idaho number and change all of our advertising and signage. Sorry if that confuses you, but we operate in Coeur d'Alene. If it makes you feel better, we live in Spokane.

Do I need a reservation?
We strongly recommend that you make a reservation. We often book-out on the weekends and are sometimes out delivering mid-week. Sometimes we can accomodate drop-in rentals, but we don't want you to be disappointed. Please at least call ahead.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but there is a cancellation fee. Please read our reservation policy.

What if the weather is bad?
We will still be renting! You will be responsible for your reservation even in the event of inclimate weather (we have gear for that). We rarely close for bad weather. If we have to close to due power outage or road closures, there will be no cancellation fees.

Do I need a helmet? What else should I wear?
Helmets are provided for everyone. Helmets required for participants under 18 by state law. Over 18 has the freedom to choose.

What clothing should I wear?
We experience all 4 seasons, and sometimes all in the same day! Dress appropriately for the season. But, remember, it is probably colder on the trails and in the mountains than you would think. Bring layers of clothing. In the dusty season, goggles are highly recommended. We rent them or you can bring your own. Your clothing WILL get dirty but the dirt generally will not stain clothing.

What are the age requirements for rentals?
Drivers of ATVs and UTVs need to be 16 or older. 18 or older with 1000cc Polaris Adventures vehicles. We recommend passengers over 4 years old have. Under 18 is required by Idaho State to wear a helmet.

What are the requirements for tow-and-go trailer rentals?
A mid-to full-size vehicle with a 2" ball and 4-pin flat wiring.

How do we pay?
We require a major Visa, Mastercard or Discover for holding reservations and for damage deposit. Rental fees can be paid with cash or credit card. Checks are only accepted with corporate bookings. Click for details on our Reservation Policy

Can you Deliver?
Yes, usually we can accomodate most delivery requests. We can delivery our entire fleet for private family or corporate parties to your special location. Call for an estimate on delivery rates.

Is there a deposit required?
A security/damage deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit must be placed on a major Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. ATVs require a $750 deposit per machine. UTVs require a $1000 or $1500 deposit. This is in the form of a "reservation hold" that blocks the amount from your card. We do not actually receive the funds, but can capture the payment if there are damages. If there are no damages, the charge will automatically drop off of your charge account. Damage deposits usually take about 7 days to be released. If someone uses a Debit card, the funds are immediately removed from the account. It can take up to 15 days for debit card deposits to be returned.

What if I break something?
Renter is responsible for all damages to rental machines and other property and possible lost future rentals.
